Hello everyone.
Last weekend, we released a large update that added a new payment tier, the ability for users to contribute to Boosting your chatroom/Organization, and other related improvements, which we covered in our previous blog post. This update also included useful updates specific for Organizations. Let’s go over them now.
First off, Single Sign On (SSO) is now available on all payment tiers, including Free. Now, every Organization is able to use their existing website or blog accounts within Minnit, or allow users to sign in with Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Next, you are now able to export user data via Manage Accounts on the Business tier. This will allow you to quickly monitor and maintain a list of accounts that exist within your Organization.
Want to export data for marketing purposes? We’ve got you covered: You can now set up the registration page to ask users if they wish to receive marketing emails or other important newsletters from you. If they opt in, you’ll see this when exporting user data. Users are able to opt in or out via the Account Settings menu within your Organization. Using these tools, you’ll be able to keep users updated on information or other relevant information via email.
That’s all for today. We have many more great new features in the works, so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to always stay informed on all of the latest features from Minnit.
Happy chatting!
