Hello everyone.
We’ve recently added the ability to create long-term polls in your chatroom. These polls will appear at the top of the chat, above the messages view.
Similar to polls attached to a message, users can click to vote in the poll, and immediately watch as the voting results change. What makes the new poll system unique is that it’s not tied to a message, so it can be kept in view for hours, days, weeks or more. Additionally, if you have hundreds of messages coming in, the poll will still remain visible.
Polls can be ended at any point by clicking the Poll button above the text box. You are also able to have multiple polls run at once.
